Leadership & "Big Picture" Planning
- I love leading teams to drive the strategy, planning & execution of internal & external events. The team could be comprised of the client team & internal team or an internal team & agency team - either way, we will bring a program to life, on time & on budget.
- I oversee all aspects from the initial phase of strategy development & creative conception with a proven approach, & see the team all the way through onsite execution, measurement & post-project reporting.
- I have significant experience managing large budgets. I often have dreams of spreadsheets.
Communication & Collaboration
- I take a collaborative & results-oriented approach to lead the creation of audience-centric experiences. I have a proven record of working in synch with all parts of organizations, business owners & across multiple teams.

- I avoid chaos & foster collaboration by clearly defining team roles, establishing ownership of those roles by the team members, & openly communicating the team structure.
Event Strategy
- I love working with stakeholders to define purpose, nail down objectives, define the audience & their objectives, structure project organization, & outline metrics (among other parts of my process).
- I then get REALLY excited to lead the creative & execution team to develop strategies to target every objective & align them with purpose.
- I get even more excited to have the data analyzed after completion to see that the strategy was successful in meeting all objectives, & then use that data to improve for the following year.
